Pools are a lot of work, especially one this size. This one's wooden, 16ft x 32ft and above ground. There's always something that needs doing. If I was starting from scratch again, I'd go for a much more modern type (steel and vinyl) and one that doesn't rot!!

A new deck (5/8" exterior ply), a bit of outdoor carpet, and a new pool blanket, and we're right for a few more years :-)

Yesterday and today's weather has been picture perfect (not that my pics are); 24' C and no humidity to speak of. My grandson's birthday party was at our pool, so it was a glorious weekend.
