Camera problems (ongoing)

I'm still getting trouble with my camera. I'm hoping to get it fixed soon (can't afford a new one at the moment).

Canon will fix it for free!!

It seems that the intermittent fault plaguing my Canon PowerShot A95 is caused by a bad CCD image sensor, and even though the warranty has long since expired Canon will repair it free of charge :-))
Thanks very much Canon, your good reputation remains completely intact as far as I'm concerned.

The intermittent fault with my Canon PowerShot A95 is still there. Guess I've got to live with it while I save for another camera. I guess planned obsolescence has won again!!
