That's strange - neither can I - it seems to have disappeared thankfully. I searched the settings and found no mention of the widget, then went to "Help Centre" and found other blogs had been "infected" with it too. Someone suggested this method for another blogger .... "I suspect you are using Haloscan for comments, right? If so, go to the Haloscan dashboard and unclick the box "check here to add five star ratings". I turned it off because the results are uninformative" ..... It worked for them, but I couldn't find "Haloscan" on the dashboard. I don't know - I just hope it doesn't return.
